Halloween is just around the corner, so it’s time to decide what costume and makeup you want to recreate. There is no shortage of Halloween-themed make-up tutorials. We’ve selected some of the best Halloween makeup tutorials for you to use at your own parties with a spooky theme.
You can easily recreate any of the makeup looks we’re going to show you here at home. However, it’s worth doing a dress rehearsal to get the hang of it before the party.
Red Lipstick Monster is the absolute guru when it comes to beauty tricks. We took our inspiration from her in the first place. First, even out your skin tone with a light foundation. Apply a base to your eyelids. Apply a light shadow all over the eyelid, up to the eyebrows. Next, carefully line the lash line with a permanent crayon or a strong shadow. On the lower eyelid, without reaching the inner corner of the eye, draw a line with the same crayon, two millimeters below the lashes. This makeup is to give our eye a new shape, resembling the eyes of a doll. Two millimeters above the crease of the upper eyelid we also create a line that does not reach the inner corner of the eye. Smudge everything with a soft brush. The whole should form a tightly closed letter “C.” The eye prepared in this way can be mascara and supplemented with artificial, strong eyelashes both at the top and at the bottom. Of course, at the bottom the lashes should be more natural. Then using a crayon give your eyebrows a specific mood, angry, surprised or curious. The only thing left is a sweet lip makeup in shades of pink. Do not forget about the fact that the doll is spoiled. Apply eyeliner on a thin brush and draw irregular shapes and cracks with it on the forehead and cheek. And the makeup is ready.
To create this makeup you will need makeup wax, which you can purchase online. Apply makeup all over your face so that it is ready to go. Leave only the nose unpainted. Apply make-up wax on the nose. Then, use a knife to cut it right down the middle. Create an outward spreading edge. Fill the wound with red shadow and fake blood or food colouring with powdered sugar. Wait until the whole thing has set. Insert staples all the way into the wound. Also cover your face on the sides of your nose with blood. Choose appropriate clothing and your disguise is ready.
Apply a layer of school glue on your eyelid and wait for it to dry. Also apply the glue to the entire half of your face and then cover it with a powder that is a tone darker than your skin. This will give you a tightened skin effect. Apply white shadow to your eyebrows and eyelashes, and brush through your hair with talcum powder. The effect you get is a wrinkled woman’s face on one side and a young face on the other.
Again you will need make-up wax and fake blood. Apply the wax pieces to one side of the face from top to bottom so that they blend together. After all, they’re supposed to look like they’ve been attacked by a werewolf’s claws. Cover the entire face with foundation. Then cut each piece of wax and curl the edges, fill them with shadow and fake blood. Put fake blood on the sharp part of the sponge and apply it around the “wounds”. Makeup is ready!
